• Payment, Shipping and Returns

  Payment

  Full payment must be received at the time of order. Accepted payments are PayPal, Money order, personal or business check (subject to verification), MC, and Visa.

  Shipping

  All orders are professionally packed and insured for safe arrival. However, if an item arrives damaged, I will replace the item(s) at no additional charge to you. Since each piece is different, and is hand made and created one at a time, delivery times will vary depending on production schedules. Every attempt for speedy delivery is made.

  Returns

  Non-custom orders can be exchanged within 15 days of recieving. Custom ordersare non-refundable for credit or otherwise, unless damaged in transit, in which case the item would be replaced at no charge.

  Legal

  Tina McCullough handmade-dinnerware /www.bluebellgallery.net bears and accepts no responsibility for injury or damage which may result from the improper use of its products, or from a modified product or repair by others, or from abuse, abnormal use or use beyond normal product life. (I really hate language like this.) Please just use common sense with my products and ask any questions you have. Be safe, and enjoy!
